Due to hygienic reasons we have a strict No Return/No Exhange Policy. All sales are final! If you are not sure of the size you require we recommend you email sales@pillowtalklingerie for assistance with sizing. You will be asked for basic measurements and/or dress, and pant size. We want you, our customers to be satisfied with your purchase. All merchandise is inspected prior to shipping.

Shipping

Orders will be shipped once payment is received. Expect to receive your merchandise within 5-10 business days, unless otherwise specified. Do not include weekends or holidays.

We ship merchandise Tuesday-Friday only. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. If you need to receive your merchandise for a holiday or special occasion we advice you to order in advance. Our preferred shipping method is via USPS Priority Shipping. You will be provided a tracking number. All orders over $100.00 will be charged $10.00 for shipping.

Merchandise is subject to change without prior notification as per our companies’ discretion. On rare occasions items may be discontinued. You will be notified prior to shipping.

On some occasions there will be merchandise that is on back order and not available for immediate shipment. If this is the case with an item(s) ordered you will be notified if it’s on back order and have a choice of: a) waiting for it to come in, or b) receive a full refund.
